Distinguished Professor of Practice in Global Leadership at Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Pro. Jeff Cunningham will discuss ‘the good, the bad, and the ugly, of digital and social media, how companies should take advantage of the customer growth potential but also defend against online attacks. The ability to reach a large portion of the world’s population has never been as robust or as fraught with challenges, and I will explore these in great detail using examples that will demonstrate the ways in which leadership and diverse global skills are the keys to harnessing the potential of digital.
