この度、Tokyo & Osaka Alumni Chapter Leadersと相談をし、T-birdで大阪・関西万博に行くことになりました！もちろんSun Devilsのご参加もいつでも大歓迎です！

Date：2025年9月20日（土）・現地集合で現地解散となります。

後ほど、参加者全員でWhatsApp内にグループを作成し、事前および当日に全員でコミュニケーション出来るようにする予定です。
上記参加フォームに登録いただいた方から、T-bird Osaka Expo Group Chatに追加していただけるシステムとなります。

一時集合：13:45 サウジアラビアパビリオン前
14:00よりサウジアラビア大使館のご厚意により（現在日サウジアラビア大使がT-bird Alumniであるため）T-bird Groupは特別にスタッフの方が、パビリオン内をご案内いただけることになりました。
（サウジアラビアパビリオンには当グループの参加人数を事前に報告する必要がありますので、必ず上記リンクにてご参加のご連絡をください。）

その他のパビリオンについては、特にまとまって行動する予定はなく、各自、行きたいところ（＆予約できるところ）を予約してください。
万博の入場券や、各ホテルや移動手段などは各自で予約＆確保をお願いします。

当日のディナーは、Osaka Chapter Leaderの鎌田さんにおすすめのお店にご案内いただきます。
もちろんDinnerだけの参加も大歓迎です。

Osaka/Kansai Expo with T-birds!
After discussing with the Tokyo and Osaka Alumni Chapter Leaders, we are excited to announce a T-bird visit to the Osaka/Kansai Expo! Of course, Sun Devils are always very welcome to join us!

Date: Saturday, September 20, 2025
*We will meet at the venue and disband there as well.

A WhatsApp group called “T-bird Osaka Expo Group Chat” will be created for all participants who register through the form. This will help us stay connected before and during the event.

Meeting Point:
1:45 PM in front of the Saudi Arabia Pavilion
Thanks to the generous support of the Embassy of Saudi Arabia (as the current Ambassador is a T-bird alum!), the T-bird group will receive a special guided tour inside the pavilion starting at 2:00 PM.

Please note: We must inform the pavilion of the total number of participants in advance, so make sure to register through the link above if you plan to join.

There will be no fixed group schedule after the Saudi Arabia Pavilion tour. Please explore the Expo at your own pace and make reservations as needed.
Participants are responsible for securing Expo admission tickets, hotel accommodations, and transportation individually

T-bird Dinner in Osaka (Optional)
In the evening, we’ll enjoy dinner at a local restaurant recommended by Mr. Takeshi Kamada, our Osaka Chapter Leader.
You’re also very welcome to join only for the dinner!

There will be direct shuttle buses running between the Expo venue and Osaka Station (Umeda).
These are one-way ticketed buses that require advance reservation and payment.
