Application Process for Certificates 各種証明書の取得申請
各種証明書が必要な方は下記の方法にてお申し込み下さい。
Thunderbird graduates from BEFORE Fall 2015 – 2 Options
Option 1: Online
(Through My ASU – my.asu.edu)
Student who do not have an ASURITE ID – Please contact the ASU Help Desk at 602-978-7999. This number is specifically for Thunderbird graduates.
Sign in to My ASU and order replacement diploma online.
- a. Under the My Classes section, click on Grades & Transcripts link
- b. Click on the Transcripts & Test Scores link.
- c. Click on Thunderbird Replacement Diploma link.
- d. Follow prompts to order diploma.
Option 2: Paper additional diploma form
Submit in person to any ASU Registrar’s Office location (Notary not required)
Mail in the form to the address listed on the corner of the form (Notary required)
You will have to call the help desk and get an ASURITE ID set up.
Once you have that you can log onto my.asu.edu and request a copy of your diplomaor transcripts. If you have any questions, please contact ASU Outgoing Transcripts at +1-480-965-7276 or email them at registrar@asu.edu.
